Real Estate Education
I am a licensed real estate pre-license and continuing education instructor in Illinois. I am licensed to teach the Illinois Broker Management course.
While the Director of the Real Estate Academy at Triton College, I prepared Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) applications and obtained course approval from the Illinois MCLE Board for 5 real estate courses. I also counseled students on state requirements for the salesperson's license, appraisal license, home inspection license and loan originator certification.
I taught Real Estate Principles, Legal Environment of Business, and Business Law at Richard J. Daley College, one of the City Colleges of Chicago.Continuing Legal Education
I am partnering with the Institute for Continuing Education Inc. (ICE) to provide Continuing Legal Education (CLE).
Options - Chicago State University
I am always thinking of new courses to offer in the Continuing Education Department at Chicago State University. Most classes are focused on real estate such as, Subject to Bank Approval: An Introduction to Short Sales, For Sale By Owner, and AMP Real Estate Exam Review. However, I have taught classes on Intellectual Property as well.
