What We Do

In addition to being a real estate pre-license and continuing education instructor, Michelle is also an attorney licensed to practice in Illinois.  The name for the website came to her after thinking back on the hypotheticals in law school exams, with names like Blackacre, Greenacre, Blueacre, and Redacre. Ms. Flagg is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. While a member of the Illinois Real Estate Alumni Forum, an organization of graduates and students from the University of Illinois in the real estate industry, she published, Community Land Trusts: A New Tool in Solving the Affordable Housing Crunch?" in the Winter 2004 issue of the Alumni Forum's newsletter.
